16 PF Methodology

The Cattell 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire measures 16 traits using a factor analytic methodology. It examines 16 traits that represent the major dimensions of differences with human personality. These traits describe a person’s individual style of perceiving, thinking and acting in a wide range of different situations over a relatively extended period of time.
